Country Mercantile

We went to the Country Mercantile on Saturday to get us some pumpkins. We had a lot of fun, the only lame part of the trip was that it was FREEZING! It was SO cold! Evelyn had her sweatshirt and sweatpants on over her regular long sleeved shirt and pants but I felt horrible for not bringing her a hat or gloves. But I think she was having too much fun to notice how cold she was. Other than the cold it was super fun!

Lots and lots of pumpkins to choose from! Which one is the perfect one??
I thought this pumpkin would make a perfect witch!
I tried to get her to pick up an orange one, but she just wanted this green one.

With all our pumpkins.

There was a little corn maze for kids and Evelyn had SO much fun running wild in it! As soon as we cut her loose she went crazy and just ran and ran as fast as she could. She loved it!
There was also a hay pyramid. Evelyn has NO fear and immedietly started climbing it. After the short stacks I helped her get to the top to Cameron.
Cameron jumped down the steps on the way down and Evelyn thought it was the funnest thing.
And the last thing we did was go to the barn with the animals.
It was a ton of fun and I can't wait to go back next year. I just hope it's not as cold, or if it is I will be better prepared :)

I love the one of Evelyn in the wagon with all your pumpkins - so cute!!! It sounds like a really great place to take young kids! How fun! I need to find a place like that in Ohio!

I can't believe I keep missing you online - THAT SUCKS. But we love you dearly!

This looks like a blast! Maybe we'll join you next year. Doesn't that sound like fun?
