4 month check-up

Evelyn had her 4 month check-up today. She won't actually be 4 months until the 9th but since we are moving on Monday I wanted to get it done. She weighed in at 13 lbs which is the 47th percentile and was 25 inches long which is the 87th percentile.

Tagged

So, this is how it goes:
A. The rules of the game are posted at the beginning.
B. Each player answers the questions about themselves.
C. At the end of the post, the player then tags 5 people and posts their names, then goes to their blogs and leaves them a comment, letting them know that they have been tagged and asking them to read your blog.

Saying Farewell

Today I was able to have one last visit to my old work place. Janet and her baby were also able to come in (she was the other secretary with me). It was lots of fun to catch up with her and see all the guys one last time before we head off to Washington. I have been so blessed to be able to work with these amazing men. I learned so much about the gospel from them. I will forever be grateful for the opportunity I had to work for CES. These are seriously some of the most amazing men I have ever met in my life. Even though I already said my goodbyes when I had Evelyn, I feel like this is the real goodbye since we are leaving and I don't know when I will see them again, I will truly miss them.

Left to Right: Rory Bigelow, Randy Hulbert, Me and Evelyn, Larry Miner, Janet Hatch and Abbie, David Brown, Bruce Schiess.

Don't you just love the way Evelyn and Abbie are looking at each other? I think it's so cute :)

Mission Buddies

This is Cameron posting. Last Saturday some of my old mission buddies and their wives came over for dinner. It was good to catch up with them and reminisce about the mission. We were all sad to say goodbye. Left to right: Dan Trimble, Me, Evelyn, John Manning, Flavio Carvalho.

Rolling Over!

I was talking to my mom on the phone tonight and she asked me if Evelyn could roll over yet, I told her no. After I got off the phone I decided to lay Evelyn down and give her a little tummy time. Well, apparently she CAN roll over! I was so excited when she did it. I quickly grabbed the camera and put her back on her tummy, she got a little upset because she doesn't really like tummy time, but she did roll over again and I got it on video! I'm so proud of her!

Sorry it's sideways and ignore my voice in the backgroud :)

3 Months!

Wow! I cannot belive our little Evelyn is already three months old! Time sure does fly when you are having fun. She is such an angel, we couldn't have asked for anything better. She is now sleeping through the night, it's wonderful. And because of that she has found other ways to keep herself happy and doesn't need her binkie all the time and she will take naps in other places than my arms! She smiles all the time now and babbles more and more.

How To Fold A Shirt

My wonderful friend Amy had this on her blog and e-mailed it to me so I could share it with everyone I knew. I have watched this over and over again and then Cameron and I tried it. It's not that hard and it's so cool! Who knew folding a shirt could be so much fun?
