how stinkin' cute are my girls going to be this Sunday?? I just whipped these up today (haha and by "whipped up" I mean spent ALL day making them). But I am SO happy with the way they turned out and Evelyn loves hers already and every time I look at Cassidy's I can't help but smile because it's so tiny and cute! I still need to make a flower to put on the bottom and matching headbands...we'll see if those get done by Sunday...

You're amazing.
Did I ever remember to tell you that I had an epiphany? You should sell "The Perfect Church Bag" on Etsy. Because you invented that AND it's perfect. Just sayin'.
Too cute! I haven't trusted myself enough to attempt sewing my girls anything yet. It'd probably be cheaper than buying matching outfits, like I love to do. :) Good job!
so easy huh? They turned out super cute!
Amy I would be mortified if I tried selling them and no one bought them, lol, so I'll just make them and give them away :)
Thanks Rose, I'm too scared to try anything too hard, these pillowcase dresses are SO easy and are great for beginners :)
i love pillow case dresses!! i need a girl! haha lol
super cute jamie! we need to get together sometime and sew with no kids!!
I LOVE these dresses! How did you make them? I would like to make some for my girls. Did you find the pattern on a website?
Tiffany,
I used the Simplicity pattern 2391. But I mostly just used the pattern to cut out the shape and the basic instructions of how to put it together, but I made changes to how I put the ribbon on for the neck ties and I also added the ribbon to the bottom. If you make them let me know and I can tell you how I did the neck.
