hit like a ton of bricks

Sunday morning Cameron, Evelyn and I woke up with fevers and sore throats. Monday we went to the doctor and found out we all had strep, and on top of that Evelyn had chicken pox! Luckily the chicken pox were pretty mild and didn't seem to bother her. But we all spent the last few days trying to recover. I think we are all over the strep now and Evelyn's chicken pox are slowly but surely disappearing. We tried to get some pictures but she wasn't very cooperative. Her hands were definently the worst.

Sorry to hear you all had strep. It's no fun being sick. Didn't Evelyn have her immunization for chicken pox yet? Poor girl. Her hands look like they hurt. Get better soon.

Oh poor baby! Those hands just look like they hurt! Glad it wasn't TOO bad and that you're all on the other side of it!

It is so sad that she is sick, but that pitcture of her with her tongue out is adorable! I am glad you guys are feeling better.

Oh I'm so sorry you guys were sick! I remember when I had chicken pox as a kid - so miserable! I'm so glad you're all getting better.

Chicken pox, poor Evelyn. My oldest got Chicken pox when he 14 mo. and it didn't phase him too much, although it is sad as a parent to watch your children be sick, even harder when you are sick at the same time. I'm glad you are all feeling better, my family has been fighting that awful cold that's been going around. Hope to see you soon!
