Lacey

Cameron, Evie and I were able to go to Lacey this last weekend to visit family. Jared and Ruth were coming in for the week so we were able to spend a couple of days with them too. We had TONS of fun. So much fun in fact that I didn't get ANY pictures except one! My best friend Heather is moving across the country to New Jersey for grad school and she was leaving Saturday morning so late Friday night when we got into town she stopped by so we could see her one last time before she left. So here is our one picture:

We pretty much just spent the weekend hanging out with the family swimming, playing games, and of course eating yummy food :) It was way too short of trip, i'm looking forward to going back in September for Rylee's baptism.

Tomorrow I am heading to the Oregon coast with Cameron's family for the next 5 days, hopefully it isn't too rainy and cold there :)

Crafty

This is my attempt at being crafty... I think it turned out pretty cute. It will look cute in Evie's room. This is a close up so you can see the colors better.

The other night Cameron's good friend from high school came over with his wife and little boy Aiden. He's a year old and so adorable. He was teaching Evie how to turn the pages of a book, it was so cute.

Saturday morning Evie got to play out side and watch grandma and grandpa do yard work. She loved looking at the leaves move and feeling the wind blow.

Lately Evie has been being more cuddly with Cameron. Last night they were both exhausted and she fell asleep on his chest. She would never do this with me, I was very jealous, but it was so precious.
I don't think there is anything cuter than a sleeping baby.
