New Clothes!

Because Evelyn is so small none of the clothes I have fit her except for those newborn gowns, but a couple in our ward brought over this outfit for her the other day and I thought it looked small enough for her to fit in it. And for the most part it does fit her :) I'm so excited she can wear real clothes now! She looks so cute in it!

My mom wanted to see more pictures of Evelyn and I just love showing her off, so here are a few more :) She has already grown so much, maybe not size wise, but she is awake more and when she is awake she is more alert. And she is still just so happy and content!

A Moment to Brag

I just have to take a moment to brag about how wonderful Evelyn is. I don't think there has ever been born a more content, calm, and happy baby. She seriously never cries, not even when we give her a bath or change her diaper or clothes. She is always so happy. She's the most beautiful little girl ever :)

Today after her bath she was laying on the counter and stretching out. She kept putting her arm up in the air and flexing her fingers and just letting it hang there for a minute. It was too cute.

First Bath!

Evelyn had her first bath today. She handled it like a pro! She didn't like it when we undressed her and exposed her to the air, but she loved the warm water on her body, especially on her head. And she loved getting the lotion rubbed all over :)

Evelyn Mae Burch

Evelyn Mae Burch arrived 16 days early. She weighed 6 pounds even and was 19 inches long. As you can see she has nice head of dark hair :) She is a very calm baby and never cries except when we unwrap her from her warm blankets...at least for now that's how she is... She is beautiful and perfect in every way.
